How Does Muscle Booster Work?

The intelligent algorithm behind Muscle Booster offers a personalized workout plan based on your unique goals and inputted data. This plan combines cardio, strength, and recovery exercises precisely tailored to optimize your results.

Your initial plan spans 60 days and is conveniently displayed in a calendar format. You can use this as a daily workout journal. Each week, the plan will be updated based on your progress and feedback – if previous workouts were too easy or too challenging for you.

With Muscle Booster, you'll never experience boredom during your workouts. The app provides access to a wide variety of over 200 workouts, including muscle gain or weight-loss routines. These workouts can be performed in a gym or at home with minimal or no equipment, such as bodyweight or dumbbell exercises.

Furthermore, each workout includes audio and video instructions, a weight-loss tracker, and a workout timer – all conveniently available in one comprehensive health and fitness app. Additionally, the app includes an extensive recipe database (currently available in English only).

HealthKit Integration

Muscle Booster seamlessly integrates with HealthKit, enabling you to export nutrition and exercise data from the app to HealthKit. Likewise, it allows for the import of fitness data, weight, and body measurements from HealthKit to Muscle Booster.

Subscription Information

The app can be downloaded for free, but continued use requires a subscription. A free trial may be offered at our discretion, subject to the terms displayed in the app. Please note the following:

  • When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country as displayed in the app.
  • Your Apple ID Account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew, and free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
  • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by accessing your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
  • If canceling a subscription or free trial, it will remain active until the current period ends. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but no refunds will be provided for the current subscription period.

In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer optional add-on items (e.g., fitness guides, VIP customer support service) with an extra fee, either one-time or recurring. Details of these offers will be displayed within the app.
